Leichtes Weißbier
Leichtes Hefe-Weißbier is a low-alcohol Bavarian wheat beer with bottle fermentation and a deliberately refreshing profile. It pours naturally cloudy with a light-brown to copper tone from suspended fine yeast. Banana-led fruit and fresh yeast define the aroma, while the palate stays soft and restrained, with wheat-malt character, gentle carbonation and only delicate hop bitterness. Its body is notably light rather than full, keeping the beer easy-drinking despite the traditional hefeweizen yeast character. The finish remains light and refreshing, with mild bitterness and lingering banana-and-yeast character.
