Brewing in Taybeh since 1994

Taybeh Brewing Company is a family-owned Palestinian craft brewery founded by the Khoury family in 1994 in the historic Christian village of Taybeh. Recognized as Palestine’s first brewery and one of the pioneers of modern craft brewing in the Middle East, it combines traditional European brewing methods with a distinctly Palestinian identity. Its beers range from classic German-inspired lagers to experimental brews incorporating regional ingredients such as sage, thyme, sumac, Arabic coffee, and chilli. It is an expression of Palestinian heritage and resilience.
